About me

Life has been an exciting journey for me, characterised by a love for pushing boundaries and embracing adventure, but at times, as it is for many people, it has been a struggle. However, an important lesson learned from those difficult moments is to be gentle with myself, validate my feelings and to accept my own vulnerabilities with kindness and self compassion, over and over again. As a result, I feel more equipped with inner strength, resilience and self love. As your counsellor, I am dedicated to empowering you on your own unique journey to help you connect with your true self.

Whether our connection is through face-to-face sessions or online encounters, rest assured that you'll always find a secure, non-judgmental, and confidential space to delve into your personal concerns. Your trust in me is a responsibility I take seriously, and I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. My approach is one of warmth, compassion, and steadfast support, creating a nurturing environment in which you can navigate the complexities of your thoughts and emotions.

My ultimate goal is to nurture a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, enabling you to freely explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work towards your personal goals, renew your self-trust, cultivate newfound confidence, and initiate meaningful changes. As we embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth, you will find the inner strength and courage to lead a life that is both deeply satisfying and profoundly meaningful.

I have experience working with individuals all over the world, including a substantial number of secondary school, sixth form and university students. I am bilingual so I also offer sessions in Spanish too. Additionally, I have collaborated with CAMHs, receiving referrals from fellow counsellors, and I am dedicated to providing support to adult individuals aged 16 and above, including university students.

"A further sign of health is that we don’t become undone by fear and trembling, but we take it as a message that it’s time to stop struggling and look directly at what’s threatening us."
