Psychedelic Integration Therapy in Brighton & Hove

Psychedelic experiences can be deeply meaningful, but they can also bring up complex emotions, memories, and questions. You may find yourself wanting to understand your experience more fully, make sense of what emerged, or integrate new insights into your everyday life.

I offer psychedelic integration therapy in Brighton & Hove, providing a supportive and grounded space to explore and process these experiences safely and at your own pace.

Integration therapy can help you:

  • make sense of meaningful or challenging psychedelic experiences
  • process emotional material or memories that have surfaced
  • integrate insights into your relationships and daily life
  • understand changes in perception, identity, or emotional sensitivity
  • feel more grounded and supported following a psychedelic experience

My approach is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic and person-centred therapy. I integrate nervous system awareness and somatic approaches, recognising that psychedelic experiences can affect both the mind and body.

I also offer preparation sessions for those who are considering a psychedelic experience and would like psychological support beforehand. Preparation can help you explore your intentions, emotional readiness, and how to approach the experience in a safe and supportive way.

Integration therapy does not involve providing or administering psychedelic substances. Instead, it offers a confidential therapeutic space to support your psychological wellbeing and integration process.

I offer psychedelic integration therapy in Brighton & Hove and online, in both English and Spanish.
