Are you feeling like life's challenges have become a bit too heavy to bear alone?
Let's work together to find the support and guidance you need to overcome those hurdles.
You might be wondering where to start, feeling a bit overwhelmed or uncertain. Our initial consultation is a first step. You can reach out to me through email, call, text or via de contact form. Then we can schedule a date and time convenient to both for an assessment session.
The assessment session focus is on understanding you and your needs, rather than starting therapy work straight away. It’s a collaborative, exploratory meeting that helps us both decide whether counselling together is the right fit.
Also during the 50-minute session, we'll handle all the necessary paperwork, including a counselling agreement and payment for your sessions. I'll also provide you with a client form that includes a few more questions to help tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

Life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. I can offer you a compassionate and empathetic space to address your unique concerns.
Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you on your journey. Together, we'll explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life's path.
Relationships can be incredibly rewarding, but they also come with their share of challenges. In couples counselling, we'll address the issues you and your partner may be facing, whether it's communication problems, unresolved conflicts, or a feeling of drifting apart.
I offer a safe and empathetic environment for both of you to express your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we'll work on enhancing your communication, understanding each other better, and rebuilding the connection that brought you together in the first place. With a holistic approach, we'll explore ways to strengthen your bond and create a more harmonious and loving partnership.

Embarking on the journey to become a counsellor is a deeply rewarding experience, but it can also be challenging. If you're a trainee counsellor working towards your required 50 hours of counselling, I can offer you dedicated support and mentorship to help you grow in your counselling journey. I understand the importance of gaining hands-on experience, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
We'll work collaboratively to meet your criteria, ensuring that you are well-prepared to make a positive impact on the lives of others. As you gain practical experience, you'll also receive invaluable insights and support from an experienced counsellor who is committed to your growth and success.

My approach to counselling is all about you. I follow a pluralistic philosophy, which means I tailor therapy to your specific needs and goals. I believe that there's no one-size-fits-all solution, and I draw from a variety of approaches, including Trauma Informed Somatic therapy, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Polyvagal theory, Breath Work, and more, to provide you with the personalised support you require.
Also, I am a certified Somatic Psychedelics Facilitator. (The use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK. Therefore, I don’t take requests for illegal psychedelic assisted work. Instead, I offer preparation and integration support only for harm reduction purposes.)
I'm here to explore your unique journey with you, working collaboratively to help you find the tools and strategies that work best for you. Together, we'll navigate life's challenges, find inner strength, and help you lead a more satisfying and meaningful life.
